Anniversary Dinner: Entrée

Rudolph and I decided to go relatively simple with the entrée because we were having a salad AND a double-header appetizer. Our entrée was steak, baked potatoes, and sesame stir-fried veggies. How to cook steak and baked potatoes is covered by about ten thousand websites and You Tube videos, so I’m not going into that. Here are the details about the veggie side dish, though.
